NOTICE OF SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

The City of Manhattan Beach's permitting software system is undergoing critical system maintenance during the following time period:
FRIDAY, JANUARY 23, 2026 AT 5:00 PM - MONDAY, JANUARY 26, 2026 AT 7:00 AM.


During this time, the CSS Permitting Portal and the City’s permitting system are
INACCESSIBLE TO CITY STAFF AND THE PUBLIC.
This includes: Logging into the portal - Accessing the dashboard and My Work - Inspection requests and results -
Application statuses and submittals - Plan check corrections/resubmittals - Records research - Online Payments

City staff will not have access to the system and will not be able to assist with any of the above services.
